Well, I have a mens shirts site, and it makes sales, although shirts are perhaps better suited to online because sizing is easy based on collar size. If you put up a site then you would make sales, and if you can get to the first page of Google it is likely to be a reasonably worthwhile experience I expect.

Hi there, thanks for the reply, good point re sizing etc could be a harder sale, I've worked on the PPC side for a couple of client fashion sites in the past and their sales are sky high so I guess people will buy given the right product/price, that is for all types of clothing mind you.

Any idea on ballpark value of domain?
