Just a question, I deleted 13 domains from my Namedrive account, now all record of the revenue has dissappeared along with the domains?

I'm not that fussed to be honest, I was just trialing Namedrive with a few domains...just thought it was a bit strange for the revenue to go also.

No.

We have the revenue stats safe and sound with us. We are currently implementing a 'deleted' folder where all domains which you delete automatically get put.
There is never any need to delete domains from our system, even if you're not satisfied with your earnings. As long as they still belong to you, you can leave them in there. However, for those who like to delete, we will soon have a deleted folder :)

Thanks for the answer Ed!, great idea with the deleted folder I guess.

I like the way the site works, the back end is one of the best i've used at any parking program, just wasn't converting and making enough per click for me to leave the few I tested there.

I may have a go further down the line again at some point.

Best of luck!

I'll beat firestars to it today. We are currently having problems with our server provider. Having increased our bandwidth 6 fold last week and then doubled that this week, it seems that every day we have had 30 mins where everything has been slow as more and more names are added. The other 1410 minutes of the day, the pages are lightning-fast, but we have these phantom 30 minutes where we have to shout into telephones and get things moving.
It would appear there is a bug with the new pipe we installed last week which causes it to misbehave for short periods of the day.
We believe the affect to earnings will be absolutely minimum as these outages last very small amounts of time and are nothing like on the scale of last week after the attack.

We're sorry for any inconvenince and look forward to being able to post something much more interesting and positive on how to earn more money with us at around 8 this evening...

Feel free to email me if there's anything I can help you with.

Notice this earlier and couldnt be bothered to mention it.....

Not sure why your connection is set up in the way it is, its all rather odd if you ask me. Its always the same part of the connection that fails and I would get rid asap.

Im sure you are on the case.

Yup Firestars,

We are certainly on it. We've had enough of this, as you can imagine. The pages will be down for the next two hours. Everybody with us will of course be compensated as per usual. In fact, you'll almost certainly make more out of this as we'll again make sure we compensate on the generous side. You people are doing quite well out of all these bugs, I suppose...

It is madly frustrating, as you can imagine. We are doing everything humanly possible to make sure this doesn't happen again and there will be a new server set up in place very soon.

If you have any queries, concerns, comments etc., let me know by email.

Ed

Hi everyone,

As you know we were down…again. Just one of those things I am afraid. Before we could install the backup servers, the pipe to our service provider went down for the second time in a week and we had to move the servers physically to a location two hours away.

We are now back up.

Everyone will be compensated for the down time. We will just keep plugging away one domain at a time.

All of this sets our plans back a bit, but we are hoping to offer the customised solutions for high-performance names as of tonight. More anon. We don't sleep.

Thank you again for the tremendous support.
