netserve.co.uk Problems?

Trying to contact netserve. They don't seem to be answering emails and when you phone, it is an answer message telling you to email them

Anybody here deal with them? I know John is/was a member here but last post was back in April.

Any help appreciated.

We have had emails from them today and yesterday, in fact we have pretty much daily contact with Netserve.

No issues here, it's just been a busy 24 hours preparing new servers for installation tomorrow so we're about 12 hours behind on mail support.
