First of all, I'm a newbie and just register. As a consequence, I dont know whether this is a right place to give suggestion to Nominet. If this offends you guys, I'm sorry and please disregard my message.

Hi Nominet people, I just want to make a suggestion here. I do a research on your decisions and found that , among other, the typical cases that you put in the website are very old decisions. I think most of them is decided by using the DRS version 1. However, the current DRS version is version 2, then if you have time, please do the update. As usual, I think that Nominet should be an advancer in putting new information on the site, or maybe I'm wrong. :p

Nikki I would suggest reading this section of Nominet's website:

"Resources for students"
http://www.nic.uk/disputes/legalinfo/resources/

As I see you are writing a paper:

Also I would advise against making posts all over Acorndomains and dragging up old posts else you might upset the forum members here ;) Especially if you call them cybersquatters:

I am happy to jump to Nominet's defence here. Their decisions may not go up instantly in some cases, but they are pretty much up to date and there are plenty that post-date 2004. You need to look at the ones with the higher number Nikki - they are seperated into batches of 1000 cases started - though many don't make it to an Expert.

I'd also second Whois's points.
