Snap their hands off in my opinion. "Lettings" is far from the ideal word from an exacts point of view.

the net and all others are available to register, so not a highly desirable term. I think 5k is a good deal. Don't forget the only entity that can accurately value a domain is the one that's offering to buy.

Gut 2 second feeling is that it feels fair, maybe very slightly underpriced, but I would be tempted.
