Example sales are all .COM apart from one at 400 UK

Yes, that's correct. That's, because .com market is much bigger. But online health/pharmacy industry is getting bigger in UK. If I do not needed some cash fast, I would wait for those domains. There are more than 300 registered online pharmacies in UK and it's multi billion market. In right hands those domains would bring enormous return in my opinion.
