You can prepend "whois." before the domaintools..... query and it will work.

Ok, I was reading the article thinking the registrant showing was still the original registrant as it says it hasn't changed hands yet.

Be interesting to see what it's used for as they seem to sell fishing gear, bedroom furniture and maybe other different products so a varied mix.

You talking about RAGS UK LTD in Ross on Wye? They've been incorporated years.
