See that RICS let rics.co.uk drop and it was caught.

They were told numerous times it was dropping and still let it lol. Wonder if they just didn't want it or a mistake on their part?
 
Typical multi-layered massive organisation with it's head up it's arse.

Remember paying my subs to them during my uni years, guess if the money rolls in why worry!
