Sedo Pro new account login problem

I think this is a problem specific to me, maybe someone here might be able to shed some light..

Had a new sedo pro account approved about 10 days ago, when I try login I get the msg..

Thank you for your interest in SedoPro.
Your application will be reviewed by a SedoPro account manager, and you will receive a response within 2-3 business days.

Ive sent numerous emails back and forth and have been told it works fine for them. However Ive tried on 4 computers, cleared cookies, tried login in at sedopro.com and sedopro.co.uk no joy!

Im now getting no response to my emails so starting to think they have given up and think Im just thick. Help!
 
sedo are really slow to reply to emails at the mo

even if you have been a sedo pro customer from day one.. dont make a diff... its a bit of a mess...

they are even slower if you want money from em ;)
 
Cheers, got a phone call shortly after I posted this.. apparently it should be sorted tomorrow morning.
