I saw something similar to this on Mythbusters.

A speed camera cannot see through commercial spray PhotoBlocker Spray.

...and of course, this is completely illegal... And even if you aren't speeding but a copper is behind you they will see that their onboard camera can't read your number plate and will pull you anyway...

they can be detected by all speed cameras,i had this out with my brother who is a copper and he laughed at me,they can detect all deflecter spray and you get fined for trying it has well.
