DomainLore Auction tat.co.uk

This is my first big domain sale and looking at some of the sales on SEDO, I can't help but think that I would get better price for it on there.

What do other people think? How much should I expect for a name like this?

As with any domain, you're only going to get a premium price for it if you wait for the right buyer to come along. Banging it straight on DL is probably not the best method if you're looking for a big sale.

£400-£750 is my guess on there if the right couple of people don't show up.

Unless you can get some potential endusers to the auction cant see it getting anywhere near the amount of dwd.co.uk
Its a good name but going rate on domainlore seems to be low - mid xxx for three letter domains recently.
Hope I'm wrong though good luck with it.

Yeah DL hasn't been greatly lately for LLL. jpn.co.uk sold for just £270. :\

Everybody tell your friends that tat.co.uk is for sale at DL!!!!

JPN.co.uk going for £270 did surprise me.

Have you given a heads up by phone to Thomson and Thompson and taylor and taylor and the like ?

Nice catch :p

Never take a prime to DL right away. Let it sit on Acorn inviting offers. Another one we caught for a client very recently was bid £500 publicly here and it's currently over £2k on Sedo.

Well, I hope that it will break £400. I will try and drum up interest externally. I can see that there are a number of companies along the lines of Txxx and Txxx.

Thank you for all the advice.
