Maybe looking to offload it, wondering where the best place would be to do so, or do you think it is worth developing?

To be honest this has a limited shelf life as tax credits are due to be scrapped and replaced with Universal Credit in 2013/2014. Even if somebody wanted to use it now it would be difficult as the HMRC have their own calculator on their site as do a number of other organisations; all of them struggle to actually get an accurate award because the system is so complicated.

If you do decide to try and develop it the next question is about monetisation?

Sorry to put a downer on it but I personally fail to see the value long term in this name.
