Looking for raw data on how domain investors monetise their UK zone domains

I have an unusual ask.

I am looking to put together a report on how domain investors monetise their UK zone domains – and what the current trends and state of the secondary market are.

The main emphasis is on .uk, though also interesting to hear about others like .com.

Is there a chance you could share me some raw data for me?

Raw data works the best.

This would be highly appreciated. If we publish it - all used sources (small or large) will be mentioned.

The current state of the uk domain market will never be truly known. The reality is, most significant sales are never reported.

Still it is beneficial for everybody if data on monetisation starts getting published, isn't it?

Perhaps but parking revenue will be very domain specific. Bodis would be the best place to start.

Step 1: Apply for the Nominet zone file with photo ID and check their license with a solicitor

Step 2: Identify which secondary market name servers change the most in .com

Step 3: Count those nameservers in the .UK zone file. Don’t forget to count UK specific platforms eg. ns1.flip.uk ns2.flip.uk
