Telephone number list for business and people UK

Looking for a free or very cheap download, online access or CD with people and business numbers for the whole UK.

I know 192.com offers 600 Credits £149.95 (25p each) + VAT but I need unlimited access. So thats £300+VAT for the year anyone know of or has a link/CD that a lot cheaper or free please?
