I am curious how the 'serious' domain dealers go about selling domains. I'm talking about those who do this full-time for a living and make serious money out of it.

Do they just sit back and wait for a buyer to contact them about a domain? Do they just rely on listings at SEDO, Afternic, or even on their own web site? Do they advertise in magazines/papers?

Or, as I suspect, do they actively seek out buyers? Do they make unsolicited approaches to likely candidates?

Obviously if you have a really attractive domain (eg money.com) you can probrably just sit around and wait until someone comes a calling - might not have to wait too long. But what about those good, but not 'stellar' domains.
