Too early to sell?

Would appreciate some advice

Had two emails this week asking if I would sell a 3 month old site.

On the subject of football .... on a very unattractive .org.uk with a hyphen in it.

To be honest, I know bugger all about the topic.

Only just started to use google ads on the site, so have no real income details. Ranks ok in Bing ... slowly climbing google.uk

Good exacts if the keyword tool is to be believed, and the domain has history along with pagerank on the index and internal pages.

So what metrics would you use to value a new site (football niche)?
