My new PC turned up the other day and I finally got it set up. I love it but the problem is it just makes me want to carry on working and never sleep! I've been working on my laptop (all be it a very nice one) for so long this is a welcome break!

I've been wondering what equipment everyone else uses day in and day out?

I just splashed out on a new Dell, fully loaded with every option and trimming possible! AD sure looks big on these dual 22 inch widescreens! :D

Rich

22" na 27" widescreen is the way to go with 2 19" eather side running so you can drag and drop screens to any monitor. makes it easy for web editing etc and emails and forums :)

lol - I did try it with my 32" LCD... Was a little too big to sit in front of and work comfortably!

Aquanuke, looks very nice.

I have a good few Samplers/Synths/Midi controllers and a mixing desk.

Probably dont make the kind of music you would be interested in but I did get into it when I was 16 ;)

Started off with Cubase on Atari and a nice akai workhorse sampler and then collected a bit more up over the years!

Dont really use any of it anymore....

Nice setup ... complete with James Bond villain cat ...

Last year I upgraded, I have 3 x 19" widescreens with an Athlon64 X2 4800+ dual core running 2gig ram & 600gb HD which was a fair step up from before, have to admit I love having 3 monitors.

Shhhhh... I'll get rumbled! 10% cut if you remove that thread... Oh wait - I'm a mod I'll do it

I've got a homebuilt machine, which I replaced a few months ago, with a E6850 dual-core, 4GB of RAM and 3x 320GB hdds. Oh, and a pair of 16" Eizo monitors, which give a rock-solid picture and are the largest I can fit onto my limited desk space :)

Nice!

I have a Mac Pro with all the bells and whistles, as well as a nice big 23" apple display. I did have two, but didn't end up using it much, so it's in use by the missus.
