transfer authorisation code

I have been waiting for a week to get authorisation codes from 123-reg, to transfer some .com's away from them. I have emailed 3 seperate times and have not had a reply.
123-reg must be trying their best to be crap at everything !!

123-reg made me wait about 3 weeks due to their backlog, the only way to get through to them is to ring them otherwise you may have a long wait...
