#1 on google for unsecured homeowner loans

leads are sent to AMS and the lenders currently pay up to 3% of the loan value
or up to £8 per lead

unsecured loans are still going strong

i will provide more accurate revenue details but only to 100% serious interested parties

the site generated a 5 figure income last year

looking for serious offers

email me via my profile or pm me

also because i have a lot of other finance domains i'll include them with any deal
selling to finance the purchase a domain im currently leasing and to concentrate 100% on the new project

have most of the funds i need now so now just looking for £4k otherwise i'll keep the name and site
highest offer recieved so far is £3000

the site generated a high 5 figures revenue so is easily worth £4k

agnat the site has generated just short of £20k since June last year .. you really think id sell it for £200 ???

I don't understand why you would sell a site generating £20,000 in 10 months for £4000? if you desperately need £4000 to purchase another domain why not just borrow £4000, I am sure you could get a good interest rate, you could repay the loan in 2 months from the revenue?

indeed.

Nice site and good luck with your sale.. if you ever want to sell its for £200 just the domain. PM me

again best of luck

I think you need to clarify exactly who owns the domains before you try and sell them.

That's the reason I pulled out, is this the registrant selling or the disgruntled ex partner?

Mal as i already said i would happily transfer the names into my name before any sale took place as they are mine i just havent swapped the registrations over yet

but as i mentioned i would be happy to do that

FYI the domain should not have been listed in that thread ..&
11 months ago the site hadnt made this amount of money hence the extremely LOW price

also the PPC i was doing was for all the relevant unsecured terms and was and still is converting nicely

I have promoted this site in tons of places both online and offline and continue to see a good return

as i said previously im not bothered if this sells or not because i get income from it and in 2 months would have had the money i needed to raise
but the site does take 1 - 2 hours a day to promote which i myself do not
have and was only selling the site to complete on a domain deal

also back end deals pay between 2- 7% of the loan value so the revenue is easily achieveable with only 210 searches per month

also to illustrate my point

i have a site thats main term only has 310 searches a month
and that generates me betwwen £170 - £380 per day

Your posts get me confused!

Are you male or female? the reason I ask is I purchased a website with promised earnings from the nominet registered owner of the domain your selling (promised earnings were no where as stated!). However when I contacted you, you tell me your the ex partner of that person and that he rips everyone off.

So who are you?

The person who wrote http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/...at-domains-sale-kingsizebeds-co-uk-again.html ripped me off and the way you talk, you wrote it!

mally we have already discussed this in email

I will swap the domains over to my name either today or tomorrow as i said in previous emails / posts

edited as not my place to say but i would be WARY.

i never said all that 20k was down to that 1 search term .. if i did please let me know where , i merely stated it was now # 1 for one of the good converting ones ..

as for being # 2 for secured loans.. it's way to generic even doing PPC on "secured loans" would eat up a huge budget with crap results

longtail is the key and yes i said i was doing PPC but nothing major, certainly less than £30 per day , average was £18 a day for a while but now its organic

i have around 25 - 40 deals complete each month on a back end basis

ive been in the finance sector for along time so i know what long tail search terms bring the best results.
i dont just deal in residential finance but commercial as well and have approx 38 websites acorss the sector
