Looking to tidy up and scale back my portfolio a little to focus on a few core projects. Looking to move these sites on (all WordPress based and .co.uk domains):
Pet Niche
Premium one-word animal domain name and a 17-year old site. I created the site originally in 2008, then sold it before buying it back a few years later and adding more content to it. Currently has around 30-40 high quality human-written articles plus a downloadable PDF guide for email capture. Made around £200 in 2024 from Ezoic + Amazon Associates. Approx 1,500 organic visits per month. Includes an email list of around 450 contacts.
Asking Price = £2,000
Beekeeping Niche
Almost 4-year old site that had 12 human-written 1,000+ word articles added but absolutely nothing else done to it so very little traffic (approx 100 visits per month). It does have some affiliate upsells built into the design and content (using Amazon Associates) but again, assume no sales since there is virtually no traffic. A good platform to build on though as the content is well-written and the domain has aged.
Asking price = £200
Proptech Niche
Site was originally built as a directory in 2020 but was then moved to be a more direct WordPress review-style site in 2022. Has almost 200 published human-written posts (mostly reviews/summaries of PropTech brands) but has had virtually no SEO or anything else done to it so again very little traffic (approx 100 visits per month). Another good platform to build on as the PropTech niche has exploded recently and there are lots of brands you could potentially work with to monetise.
