I am looking to sell my static content website which has been around since 2003. It holds around 400 content pages based around MS Access/databases. I no longer maintain or really monetize the site but in the right hands I'm sure money could still be made from its content. I still get many messages asking if I will post paid articles/backlinks on the site so there is definitely still interest. It still has Adsense running on it and a developer targeted advertising company and still gets decent enough traffic.
