Hi, I am trying to get http://www.commercialmortgages.co.uk top of google for the term commercial mortgages and want to place adverts on relevant websites....do any websites come to mind?

Change your top left image to one related to the site and make it an home link. Second take a few commercial mortages out of your meta tags and do better word composition, more variety but min two would be good.

Add a few more words to title as well. Get some more on site page links, you're doing well to be on page two but you possibly need more on site content to push you up, all those external pages throws the weight off although you have got the index on the right, are you muslim? haha

Other than that you should be top on keywords alone but google is a funny beast but a few more text links might help. There's a website, adbrite.com you could try them.

As Lee says some links is where i would focus the budget

If you want to pay a monthly fee for text links checkout text-link-ads.com a few others now offer same service (search google)

You could write some articles on commercial mortgages and either submit them to article web sites / PR web or call in the pro's. You should check this out http://www.seobook.com/archives/001792.shtml

Some say link exchanges dont carry weight but i believe if you only link to very on topic / related web sites it will help. Again outsource or DIY but some real cowboys about.

Link baiting is buzz word being hyped a lot at the moment and andyhagans.com is one of the best around. In reality it is just a sophisticated version of the above.

Having a look at your domain names surely you could afford SEO and website design experts to boost your sales.

I mean you have van insurance and some very generic type in names but still using a basic template for all of your related domains.

I know using a basic template is nice and easy and saves time and effort but you have some killer domain names and you should increase your earning potential.

It would cost you probaly less than £500 to have a basic van insurance website with SEO work done for you.

But for some reason your posting in here for advice.

I honestly dont understand for why really you should be raking it in left right and center.

Observations

Yes, the observations may point towards a fool BUT I have so many names that we are only in phase one...pushing the names out their and watch how they sit...

are just about to move to phase two but have two options which I am expecting to decide upon over the next three months.
