Can anyone recommend a reliable website valuation service?

Whatever you do, don't use Estibot or any other such automated valuation sites, they're a complete waste of time.

If you want to get an appraisal, ask a human, not a program that makes very unrealistic guesses at value, you could try the appraisal section on here, if it's a good name, you'll be told so, like wise, if it's not a good name, you'll also be told, but at least the answers are honest.

Thanks Systreg for the response. I've wondered how reliable or unreliable as the case may be, these automated sites really are. You do get such wide ranging valuations at times.
