    http://www.acorndomains.co.uk/domain-name-disputes/8123-drs.html

    www.blakeaerials.co.uk suspension !

    www.jacksonstops.co.uk cancellation !

    www.truckandtrolley.co.uk cancellation !
(This domain is listed for sale at $5,021.00 on Sedo)

"The expert can order that the domain name is suspended (that means that it is prevented from working but is not deleted) or cancelled (deleted),"

What is suspension/ cancellation supposed to mean?

Suspension - we put an entry on the register which prevents the d/n from resolving (to anything). It removes it from the zone file, basically. So it stays registered, but doesn't function in any way.

Cancellation - the name becomes available on a first-come first-served basis. Anyone can pick it up, including the previous registrant.

The blakeaerials.co.uk DRS dates back to 2001. The expert decided upon suspension and then cancellation.

If you do a WHOIS then you'll see that blakeaerials.co.uk was registered in 2002 - presumably after it was cancelled.

So there's nothing iffy about you being able to access it today.
