That's ok :) it's all subjective at the end of the day.
How I came to that it's because legs isn't a natural type in search.
It doesn't have an obvious sales angle and well that's it I guess.

It's brandable for sure and with development would have good value. I think right now... for me it's worth mid £xxx.

Well, I have owned it for one month & I don't have time at the moment to do anything with it, though I intend to keep it and develop. I had it parked at Sedo for a couple of weeks and had offers that gave me an idea of it's bottom line reseller value.

Nope not having a go mate, no one is more guilty than me for having names that I do nothing with.

All I'm saying is things seem easier at first glance than they are in reality to develop and make pay. If I was you I'd scrap developing and try to find an end user that will give you the money you want.

But for me resale high xxx and if you can get the right people involved probably double. I genuinley hope you get a good price as do I with everyones domains because good news for all name holders when it happens.

I'm not saying anything you don't already know.

No need to develop it, hang on to it, end user price at least low £xx,xxx
and a good holding page to attract a buyer.

    Dreams went for 25k

Yes mate but can you name me a company that would buy it, dreams.co.uk I can name loads that it suited. legs.co.uk I'm struggling

1 advert running in google main search page when you type in "legs". The current site is number one and it's on a development page, which shows the competition for it.

But I agree with hanging on to it..........

This is so subjective and I respect your views greywing, however this is a fantastic name for a company that deals in womens leg decoration, whatever that may consist of. This name has so many qualities for an enormous market.

You must be joking right ?

Sell it to Stella Mcartney lol

Good brandable in my eyes but what's the exacts on legs and just how broad an area does it cover ?

Would make a good site for walkers selling walking related products.

    Good luck 8)

Stockings and hosiery are both massive markets with plenty of affs and big companies, all you need it a company who sells them who invests into the market.

I can think of a few end users off the top of my head.

fail to see how this name would go to £,£££ let alone ££,£££ but thats the beauty, domains mean different things to different people.

Maybe I'm missing something..? Might be a market but really cannot see that sort figure, Lots more commercially generic words for that sort of price...? Tend to agree that without any form of development you would struggle to get high xxx to low xxxx for it….

We all share different views on this one, I think the owner of legs.co.uk will be happy that on this occasion I am right. And if a big player wanted it he would be even happier.

    Identifying end-users

This thread has sparked off a bit of a query in my mind... How do you go about finding end-users for domains? Do you just drop them an email and ask if they'd like to buy it for x amount, and hope for the best? Or do you find telephone numbers, etc?

With advice like that, it's kind of ironic that you mentioned dreams in the same sentence
