There is already a closed thread about this from a year ago in relation to a "David Grantz", suspect this is the same person.

He mailed me yesterday pretending to be interested in a domain I had registered a few days ago. Describes himself as "President, Web Hosting Solutions Inc, Domain Investor and Entrepreneur" yet surprise surprise his badly hyphenated business domain was registered only month ago.

Anyway I decided to play along for fun. Low and behold the £1000 price tag was agreed on all too readily. Following me sending him an email re Escrow payment I get the inevitable email back about the importance of getting a valuation done and the below forum link to a discussion that "surprise surprise" mentions a particularly good service.

My final email to him was rather "flowery" shall we say though I told him where he was going wrong as a scammer so hope I haven't given him tips;-)
Anyway, have fun wasting his time if you get this!

This guy is a pain in the arse, I remember when I started out he emailed me within 24 hours of registering my first domain but I had the common sense to come on here and check!

I hope nobody gets caught out by this guy: BEWARE!
