It was free to reg and had it typed into my system for a few minutes. Then I thought I'd lost it and when I came back it was gone

Stick it on Namedrive (Has always been instant for me) and check the hits would be interesting to see.

I normally reg with them, make payment recieve invoice etc and it takes 5-10 mins for them to actually "reg" it.

Did someone beat you to it then?

Never had anyone beat me to a reg yet, however there is always an anxious few minutes of pressing f5 on the whois page when i find a decent name free to reg
