Laissez-Faire, Ben. It's the culture modelled by ICANN years ago, that allows slack oversight of protocols, and enables registries and big registrars huge free range to collaborate in their mutual enrichment: at least, that's what I believe.
Andrew do you know which of these tags, if any, were active on the testbed?
How do you even find out if they've connected to the bed?
