Incredible. Such a sad waste of life after so much help and support - 19 is just a kid. I hope she pulls through and turns her life around.
The mother should be partly responsible whatever the childhood circumstances, but whatever your views, I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
They must have spent thousands - plus all the stuff she had paid for before (see cost of the US Fat Camp).
Food addiction is just as serious as any other problem (e.g. with alcohol, tobacco, drugs, etc).
The team that got her out are to be commended, the 'bridge' alone from her 1st floor bedroom for instance:

A teenager weighing 63st was taken to hospital yesterday with the help of builders, scaffolders and members of all three emergency services.
Georgia Davis, 19, needed urgent medical care but it took around 30 people almost eight hours to get her into an ambulance.
The road outside her home was closed off as two walls of the house were demolished to move her from her first-floor bedroom.
