I have an adult domain that is bringing in between 60-80 UVs a day. As you can imaging the PPC is low and its really not worth parking.

Can anyone suggest the best way to monetise this domain, perhaps some adult affiliates ?

Yep, I used it on my freeporn site, which one of the scripts are you tring to install?

Hi Grant

Im trying to install Zipped TGP, using one of the 4 templates which looks very much the same as you have done.

I read and re-read the how-to but im having no luck at all. I get to the stage when I have to delete setup.php and then when I visit my site, it gives me an error because there is no setup.php

My other half has put a message on their forum for help.

Did you have any problems with it?

Are you running it from a subdirectory /tgp or something or in the root directory?

Grant

Hmmm, I can't recall getting the same problem - all setup.php does is populate includes/conf.php - you might want to check that conf.php has all the data filled in. If not it could be that that is triggering it to look for setup.php again??

Grant

OK, in conf.php:

$domainname =

Needs to be the whole path to your script without a trailing slash eg:

$domainname = "http://www.domain.co.uk/test";

Basically the script tries to load setup.php if it cannot find the includes/conf.php file so if it is there I guess the above setting is wrong?

Grant

That must be the problem because I dont have a conf.php file in the /includes folder even the site also tells me I should have.

I will download again and investigate.

Thanks for your help.

Sorry mate, should have said - the conf.php file doesnt come with the script it is created when you run setup.php, you will need to download it from your server, edit it and reupload it.

Just seen it!

Ive managed to get it working, I have yet to change the layout, but the links are up and the thumbnails are showing so we have movement.

It was the chmod settings that appeared to be the problem, Ive changed everything to 777 for now and it seems to have done the trick!

Thanks for you help, appreciated.

Hi FireStars,

In a little late, i am sure everything is fixed, i would have a word with Tim from DNAdult.com, he is quite clued up.

Regards
David
