Domains not appearing in Nominet

hey everyone,

I was using Tsohost for a while, but they now seem to have migrated to 123 Reg.

It all seems a bit of a shit show, I can't access my account on 123 reg to get access to my domains. So I decided to see if I could renew it via nominet. But when I logged into nominet, I can see that ALL my domains, perhaps 70/80 or so that were registered with Tsohost before, are now no longer there.

I can't call 123Reg or nominet today as they are closed, but has anyone had this sort of thing happen to them, or seen this sort of thing before?

It's very concerning to see all my domains that should be in my account are now missing.

huhh.. change of tag? .. have you checked the tags?

They could be linked to another account/email. If you can see them via whois then they still exist.

123reg is under @godaddy and maybe they can help you as well

domains still exist, i am using the same email address/logins for them, tag has changed from the tsohost one to a 123 reg one.

Tag change usually creates a new contact but the email address should stay the same. You probably need to speak to Nominet on Monday and they should be able to help you.

Bit befuddled by this I own coached.me bought it for $300 last year from sedo - was sure I transferred it to tso now showing with mesh (go daddy owned) cannot log in to tso can get anything from 123 - domain showing as dropcatch in four week anyone got a clue as to how to solve this?

I had this problem too and Nominet have just advised me you need to turn off Domain Privacy at 123-reg that they appear to have added by default. This solved the issue and when I logged back into Nominet the domains were all listed.

I will be moving my TSOHost domains away from 123-Reg though!
