Offer refused so as to give other bidders a chance to come in which seems very fair, so I withdraw my offer thanks so back to foz at £500

Correct, however a bid that was £250 higher than the highest bid at the time was revoked, leaving me £250 short of what I thought was coming in. It was done early enough for everyone to see.
