It has been around for years. What aspect do you want thoughts on, its a big subject. Of course, personal tax residency is almost always dependent upon where you live. There are few shortcuts to saving on your tax liability these days without moving to a low tax jurisdiction.

I had a look. Just wondered if anyone knew more. Says it's not a means to EU citizenship but I'm suspicious it in fact is - for some.
