Best Parking Providers for Domain Names with UK Traffic?

We have a fairly large number of domain names that attract primarily UK traffic. Secondary traffic is US and continental European.

We have been experimenting with Sedo of late, but, annoyingly, the CPCs they pay us are generally very low. Certainly much lower for the same domain names than other parking providers we've used previously (such as Bodis).

Which parking providers generate the highest eCPMs for predominantly UK traffic please?

I found parking crew to be about the best, but then if you can, roll your own. It works out significantly more
