BitcoinCash.org sold for $48,888 dollars.

Reported on DNJournal as the top sale for the week. It was a hand registered domain.

Hmm what's the correlation between the words Bitcoin and Cash? and why is it good on a .org

Only thing i can think of is a bitcoin converter to cash. And the .com would possibly be looking for 6 figures since they are quoting 6 figure related sales on the landing page. ( obviously a guess though )

I did some googling, I guess it's to do with this

https://news.bitcoin.com/viabtc-launching-bitcoin-cash-token-mining-pool-bitcoin-abc/

"Major mining pool and bitcoin exchange Viabtc has announced the launch of their new mining pool designed for “Bitcoin Cash” (BCC). These tokens are the result of plans to hard fork Bitcoin and run the Bitcoin ABC client."

How many Bitcoin + Keyword .org domains have been registered because of this sale?
I now have BitcoinSlippers, BitcoinYoghurt and BitcoinTights

I'm gonna be rich i tell ya!

I stopped buying .net domains for investing awhile ago. They are hard to sell.

Prefer .com, .org, and ccTLDs.

Mmm..... well I've just had a look and found bitcoinbcc.net not reg'd...it is now!

ive got bitcoincash on a couple of international cc's :)

For sure. Look at the BitcoinCash.org sale for instance.

People, companies, organisations choose to use a .ORG over a .com or ccTLD. People seem to register a .net if they can't get the .com and nobody likes paying up for a second choice. :)

Interesting ..you prefer .org to .net?
