Only thing i can think of is a bitcoin converter to cash. And the .com would possibly be looking for 6 figures since they are quoting 6 figure related sales on the landing page. ( obviously a guess though )

BitcoinCash.com has been sold and just moved into escrow at Sedo. This is after BitcoinCash.org was reported sold for $50,000. Sales price and buyers are not currently known due to it being so early in the transaction.

For sure. Look at the BitcoinCash.org sale for instance.

People, companies, organisations choose to use a .ORG over a .com or ccTLD. People seem to register a .net if they can't get the .com and nobody likes paying up for a second choice.
