Cheers - just watched and book marked for the rest

Reminded me of my last Ryanair flight

I love the "American Dream" era. The movies are great.

Not aviation, but the video below is a little known plan from Walt Disney to create a utopian city called the "Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow"

It never went ahead, but you will still find the theme park EPCOT in Florida, loosely themed around the ideas he had.

Anyone here flown into Kai Tak by the land route? I've done it a few times before the new airport. You could see TVs in the high-rise apartments before and during the chequered flag (pilot's marker) bank to the right. i was disappointed by the wind sometimes which dictated a sea approach. I've flown millions of miles, but this Kai Tak approach would always have me sh*t scared. Apparently as a captain, you had to have special clearance to make this Kowloon landing.

Wow Dale, your hair's looking good...did you use the same guy as Wayne Rooney?

Edit: Just watched that Kai Tak landing - do they stewaresses come round with spare underpants before the seatbelt lights go on?
