They don't appear to mind the use of the name, as they granted .org affiliate access. So perhaps you might try the same? if you can't get rid of the domain. It's strange though, they regd .com but not others.

MiniMalls isn't unique it's simply a dedicated solution. TradeDoubler (AdTool) and a host of other affiliate networks offer product feeds which do the same job just not on such an elaborate scale... yet. I'm not sure if they've trademarked the idea, but they may find it difficult if TD or one of the others contest it.
