Also G has T&C saying that you can have adwords on a page purely designed for the placement of ads. Which this is, kind of.

You should have a privacy policy on there. There are some standard words you can use, e.g. http://cross-channel-ferry-tickets.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

I had about 6 or 7 sites all using the same mini site template which was basically page of content with adsense, all were ranking well until one day......nowhere in index. content wasn't copied. I could get no response from google obviously, but later I sold one of the domains to a m8 and told him to sign up for an adsense account. He applied using the domain and was turned down with the reason that the site added no value to the goole index or words to that affect, so it was down to that.
They de-indexed all the sites using that template, not sure how they knew which sites I had, they were all on same IP, and I think were all on analytics and webmaster tools so could of been any of those ways.

I haven't done anything with them since but will have to redo and add some more content and probably stick on another hosting account.

IMHO its wrong that google can pick and choose their rules, and when you question them you get an automated reply.

Infact there is nothing wrong with it!! I think you need to ask why and get a clear explanation, if there is anything wrong with that site then millions of others have more serious issues!!

wait so duplicated content is not aganist G'T&C? but I thought you will get deindex? so if i sumit my blogs to Zimbio does that affect me as well?
