Help - .org.uk question

I'm thinking of registering a two word, 11-letter .org.uk. It has a monthly average of 201,000 exact seaches on keyword tool, and a £11.15 estimated CPC.

In terms of marketability it's a charity-related domain, so not sure how commercially-viable that makes it.

Help - should I go for it?

Go for it, cost you £6 probably get that back from parking, why think so much. take the gamble.

OK, I know this is the newbie section but all this should I shouldn't I business over a £6 reg fee is getting a bit stupid. You need to:

Take note of the stats you quoted
Register the domain
Do something with the domain

If, in 6 months time you've made your money back then you know that domains with similar stats are potentially a good buy.

Noone can tell you if a domain is going to make money or not, you need to bite the bullet and buy it!

Grant please remember - £6 is a lot of money for some people and whether to spend it on 2 pints of lager, 6 lottery tickets or a domain should be taken very seriously..

Seriously though, I'm not having a go. You are doing the right thing by researching/asking rather than going crazy and registering loads of crap. There comes a point where you have to take the plunge tho.

£6 is a lot to me at the moment, I became a dad a few months ago and I think I'm single-handedly getting Boots through the credit crunch, I may as well set up a direct debit straight into their account!

After a lot of research domaining came up as the obvious choice as a possible extra income stream, plus it's a genuinely exciting thing to be involved in.

I've had more useful information and feedback from this site than practically any other source on the 'net, so thanks all round for the advice, it's much appreciated.
