how to "accept" a dispute

I've had a few DRS's now, and although the registrations werent abusive, I've been ok with relinquishing the domain just to avoid the aggrevation and "threat" of a public record (seemingly even if you win).

When replying to the "dispute", theres no way to just accept the claim and agree to transfer. Why is that? What a waste of time. Instead the claim goes to mediation because I cannot be bothered to spend more than a few seconds writing "no response" in the box asking why i disagree with the claim....

it's almost as if nominet want the dispute to go forward and they benefit from bother parties arguing over it.
