Hi D, I think I have some trust with my business name, though it's still growing. I have a stronger Twitter thank LinkedIn. I had subscribers on my site (exported). Now my site is a marketplace lol. However I decide to reorganise my blog & marketplace, I am more concerned about not being discovered, I would like to make regular sales, instead of occasional ones. The first sale I generated, I had made a website, AdWords ad, then I got offers for the said domain. This obviously is a long approach, but it could be cost effective, if one has the templates, or people to zip a nice site, AI site, etc. Or even a parking lander. One could potentially advertise, but that's a bit of a long stretch if it's not premium. You're more likely to get spammed/hacked now. I had a couple of sales. One was 1500 for an expired name bought back by the owner. And other names sell at lower prices in the hundreds. I've also had marketplace sales that have fallen through (up to $2500). I have some nice names in my opinion, the few I dropped are worth something now, I won't do that again. How long have you been domaining? Who's your main target audience? And that methods do you use?
I was out bounding gold names recently. I received a call back. The phone cut out twice LOL. But I just wondered is there a particular method, or script one would use? I see many people close deals with outbound. I would prefer to mix the strategy, and include outbound.
Thanks
