Monthly costs of running UK limited company?

Hello, I live abroad and I want to open UK limited company, I searched many pages but I can't find information about question asked in thread title.
I'm not asking about tax, but something like how much I must pay every month(or week) to UK government just for running company?

Once you have a limited company, assuming you don't trade at all, I think you just need to pay £15 a year to file your accounts.

Of course, you will probably trade, in which case you will have to account for tax, possibly VAT, and you will most likely have to pay an accountant to do it for you (although if you have the time, you can do it yourself). Then there is national insurance (employers and employees) on anything paid as salary, and don't forget income tax.

So for running a company - £15 per year.

To do anything with that company, you will pay amounts based on %ages of what you actually earn/turnover/pay/profit etc.

Also I think you need a UK address don't you to keep a ltd company ?

The raw costs accoutants, filing, with minimal trade (i.e. a few K a year) etc is around £400-500 all in. give of take.

If you want a dormant company then it's GBP 15 p.a. and you just complete the DCA form annually to keep things ticking over.

Otherwise preparing accounts and returns is your annual cost besides actual trading activity.
