I've got several separate hosting accounts with WebHosting Buzz. All of a sudden, today many of them were down. I wait a bit, and they are still down. So, finally I contact support. Apparently, they changed their name servers and my sites are down because I did not update my name servers. Given that I've got about a dozen different accounts with them on several different emails, you'd think I'd have received at least one email notifying me about this change. I've asked support about this, and all they can do is apologize. That can't give me any details of when the emails were sent, nor can they show me where this is posted on their website. Very poor form!
