Some ccTLD sales have a much clearer handover point than others.
.VN is a good example of a multi-step transfer: registrar approval comes first, then the tax side, buyer re-registration and finally the holder change in WHOIS.
In a deal like that, would you keep the funds in escrow until WHOIS changes, or release earlier?
How do you normally handle ccTLDs where the ownership change is not an instant push?
