True because you never know when you're going to go so you should get on with what you need to do

- focus on one domain at a time to develop & do it properly, not touch any others till each one is done.
- broaden my skills, learn something new each day
- read my daughter a story at bedtime more than once a week
- stay focussed, positive & as stress free as possible
- lose 1 1/2 stone
