hey - has park4money.com disappeard up it's own wotsit? can't get to their site anymore, nor to one i had parked with them and no reply to email.

probably, yes ;-) They're mentioned a couple of times in various threads here and I thought I'd try them out with a domain. They seem to have sunk without a trace over the last 2-3 days though...

Park4Money

I put a few domains with these guys about a month a ago. I too noticed over the last 48 hours their site was not even responding to a web 'ping'. The setup process is time consuming as reported elsewhere on this forum.

Their main page is now back with a note saying 'They are doing a system upgrade', none of my sites are active:sad:

My experience has been that their pages whilst Google friendly, they are too generic and therefore don't generate much if any search generated traffic. They keep doing upgrades to the contol panel and adding new domain catergories, this has resulted too often in my sites having now content until I choose an updated catergory.

I also put a couple of domains that had type in traffic but low CTRs to see if they were better than traditional parking - results suggest not - best to leave them parked where you can focus the ads to what the surfer is expecting.

The domains that were generating no revenue by traditional parking, I will leave with these guys, nothing to loose ! - the traffic domains are now back with traditionally parked !

Overall - not convinced !
