Thanks Jordan, it was a total no-brainer for me at this price. Even though I told myself a few months back I wouldn't be buying any more domains this was too good to pass up. ROI is going to be around 3-4 years from parking income alone... but also have leasing deals I'm working on prior to development.

Actually just spoke to Sedo and I think they'll be publishing a different price (£45k) which was the base price excluding fees.
