prebuilt affilate sites

To replace parked domains I would like pre built style affiliate sites.
Things like templatemonster's shop script and zlio.com (ref link) but cant find quality others.

Anyone got a few links or a list to share

Affilistore might be a good option or Build a Niche Store which uses Ebay to build a storefront.
