Pure Adsense Site

I saw some links posted on one of my forums for this:

I'm not sure if the css has messed up or if it's purposefully designed like this, but it seems like there there'd be a high CTR with the positioning and types of ads.

Also the content seems to be just feeds from other competition sites.

Just wondered if:
1. People have any success with these sites
2. Is it easy to have something like this run on auto pilot
3. If there's any problem with google because of the limited content on the page and the question of uniqueness.

The css file is not at the specified location, which according to the source code is http://freebiesstuff.org.uk/wp-content/themes/ProSense/style.css

The page code really is an utter mess, mostly by wordpress, but I have had great success with single page adsense sites although I do put more content on, usually 500-600 words, ads in the top and middle.

You can make decent money from such sites, but:
1. The New page ad algo will burn a lot oof these MFA sites
2. Panda update has whacked a number of them already
3. Its against G TOS to have such scraper sites - easy way to have your account shut down
